背景介绍
T淋巴细胞的激活涉及多种多样的细胞变化。其中一些变化本质上是生化层面的，例如磷脂酰肌醇分解代谢和细胞内钙离子水平升高；另一些则是遗传层面的，涉及特定基因表达的诱导。在T细胞激活后诱导表达的众多基因中，包括多种细胞表面分子。其中最早表达的分子的之一便是CD69（曾称为激活诱导分子、AIM、EA-1、Leu-23和MLR3）。在激活后一到两小时内，CD69即可出现在细胞表面，其表达可持续至少三天。针对CD69的单克隆抗体研究显示，CD69是T细胞增殖的一种共刺激分子。此外，大多数（即便不是全部）造血来源的细胞均可被诱导表达CD69。
