背景介绍
分化簇90（CD90）是一种细胞黏附分子，也是免疫球蛋白超家族中分子量最小的成员，其分子量为25-35 KDa。CD90因在小鼠胸腺细胞上表达而也被称为胸腺细胞分化抗原-1（Thy-1）。CD90是一种通过糖基磷脂酰肌醇（GPI）锚定于细胞表面的糖蛋白。CD90的表达存在物种差异。在人类中，CD90表达于间充质干细胞（MSC）、造血干细胞（HSC）和角质形成细胞干细胞（KSC）等干细胞，以及成纤维细胞、神经元和活化的内皮细胞等非淋巴组织细胞中，其表达水平各有不同。
