背景介绍
CD34分子是人体内某些细胞上存在的一种分化簇分子。它是一种细胞表面糖蛋白，并作为细胞-细胞黏附因子发挥作用。它还可能介导干细胞与骨髓细胞外基质或直接与基质细胞的附着。作为一种约110 kDa的单体细胞表面抗原，CD34高度糖基化，其胞外结构域含有9个潜在的N-连接糖基化位点和众多潜在的O-连接糖基化位点。CD34蛋白是单次跨膜唾液酸黏蛋白家族成员，在早期造血组织和血管相关组织上表达。CD34也是一种重要的黏附分子，是T细胞进入淋巴结所必需的。它表达于淋巴结内皮细胞上，而与其结合的L-选择素则表达于T细胞上。研究表明，CD34是活化的PKC的磷酸化靶点，并与造血衔接蛋白CrkL偶联，参与CD34信号通路。CD34在多种肿瘤中异常表达，并与白血病的发生有关。
