背景介绍
CTLA-4（细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4），也称为CD152（分化簇152），是一种下调免疫系统的蛋白质受体。CTLA-4是免疫球蛋白超家族成员，表达于辅助T细胞表面，向T细胞传递抑制性信号。该蛋白包含一个胞外V结构域、一个跨膜结构域和一个胞质尾区。存在编码不同亚型的选择性剪接变异体。CTLA-4与T细胞共刺激蛋白CD28相似，两者均能结合抗原呈递细胞上的CD80和CD86（分别又称B7-1和B7-2）。CTLA-4向T细胞传递抑制信号，而CD28则传递激活信号。在调节性T细胞中也存在胞内形式的CTLA-4，可能对其功能至关重要。CTLA-4与抗体的融合蛋白（CTLA-4-Ig）已用于类风湿关节炎的临床试验。
