存储（Storage）
1. Unopened kit should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
3. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

流感病毒血凝素（HA）是病毒表面最主要的糖蛋白之一，介导病毒与宿主细胞的结合与入侵。HA是流感疫苗的关键有效成分，其含量直接反映疫苗效力，是生产工艺开发、中间品控制及成品放行中的核心质控指标。
传统上，HA含量检测依赖单向免疫扩散（SRID）法，该方法需使用WHO提供的标准血清和抗原。然而，标准品制备周期长达数月，严重制约大流行或毒株更新时疫苗的快速上市。此外，SRID操作繁琐、耗时长、通量低，已难以满足现代疫苗研发与生产的高效高通量需求。
本试剂盒基于双抗体夹心ELISA原理，采用预包被抗HA抗体的微孔板、HRP标记检测抗体及H3N2 HA标准品，通过显色反应对疫苗样本中的H3N2 HA进行准确定量。经验证，该试剂盒可特异性识别A/Darwin/6/2021 (H3N2)、A/Darwin/9/2021 (H3N2)等多种流行毒株的HA蛋白，与其他甲型流感亚型及乙型流感HA无交叉反应。相较于SRID，ELISA可在数小时内完成检测，灵敏度更高，操作简便，为流感疫苗的工艺优化、质量控制及快速放行提供了可靠的分析工具。
