resDetect™ Anti-CD3 Antibody Indirect ELISA Kit (Residue Testing) is based on the Indirect-ELISA method and is used to detect and quantitatively determine anti-CD3 antibody residues in cell therapy products. It is designed to provide a reliable solution for cell therapy product quality assessment during drug development and CMC quality control stages.

背景介绍
CD3分子是T细胞表面的关键分化抗原，与T细胞受体（TCR）形成TCR-CD3复合体，介导T细胞活化信号的传递。基于此机制，抗CD3抗体被广泛用于CAR-T细胞疗法制备工艺中，作为T细胞活化的核心刺激试剂，通常与抗CD28抗体协同使用。
在CAR-T细胞制备过程中，抗CD3抗体作为工艺添加物引入培养体系。若纯化环节未能将其有效清除，残留的抗CD3抗体可能随终产品回输至患者体内，干扰CAR-T细胞功能或引发非预期免疫应答，影响产品安全性与有效性。因此，各国监管机构对抗CD3抗体等工艺相关杂质的残留水平有严格质控要求，残留检测成为CAR-T产品放行的关键质量属性。
本试剂盒采用间接ELISA法，预包被人CD3E和CD3G蛋白，配套抗CD3抗体标准品及HRP标记二抗检测体系，用于定量检测细胞治疗产品中的抗CD3抗体残留。试剂盒灵敏度达0.125 ng/mL，检测范围为0.125–4 ng/mL，全程仅需2小时20分钟，为CAR-T等细胞治疗产品的质量评估及CMC放行提供了标准化、高灵敏度的分析工具。
