Description：Ac2-26是膜联蛋白A1 (AnxA1)的活性N-末端多肽，序列中含有25个氨基酸，可减轻缺血再灌注诱导的急性肺损伤。Ac2-26还降低AnxA1蛋白表达，抑制受损肺组织中NF-κB和MAPK通路活化。
Ac2-26 is the active N-terminal peptide of annexin A1 (AnxA1), containing a sequence of 25 amino acids that can alleviate ischemia-reperfusion-induced acute lung injury. Ac2-26 also reduces AnxA1 protein expression and inhibits the activation of NF-κB and MAPK pathways in damaged lung tissue.
