SN52 is an effective, competitive, cell-permeable NF-κB2 inhibitor peptide with a sequence containing 26 amino acids. As a variant of the SN50 peptide, SN52 inhibits the nuclear translocation of the p52-RelB heterodimer. SN52 exhibits strong radiosensitizing effects on prostate cancer cells and can be utilized in cancer research.
