Description：Tiger17是由11个氨基酸组成的环状多肽，是皮肤伤口的有效治疗剂。Tiger17是基于抗菌肽tigerin-RC1和tigerin-RC2设计的，这两种肽是从食蟹蛙Fejervarya canclivora的皮肤分泌物中鉴定出来的，也具有伤口愈合活性。Tiger17在伤口愈合过程的各个阶段发挥着重要作用——在炎症反应阶段诱导巨噬细胞募集到伤口部位，促进角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞的迁移和增殖，以及在组织重塑阶段。在小鼠模型中，Tiger17加速全层伤口的愈合，并促进皮肤伤口的上皮化。
Tiger17 is a cyclic peptide composed of 11 amino acids and serves as an effective therapeutic agent for skin wounds. Designed based on the antimicrobial peptides tigerin-RC1 and tigerin-RC2, which were identified from the skin secretions of the crab-eating frog *Fejervarya cancrivora* and also exhibit wound-healing activity, Tiger17 plays a crucial role at various stages of the wound-healing process. It induces macrophage recruitment to the wound site during the inflammatory phase, promotes the migration and proliferation of keratinocytes and fibroblasts, and functions during the tissue remodeling phase. In mouse models, Tiger17 accelerates the healing of full-thickness wounds and enhances the epithelialization of skin wounds.
