存储（Storage）
1. Unopened kit should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
3. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

日本脑炎病毒（JEV）是亚洲地区病毒性脑炎的首要病因，全球每年约68，000例临床病例中约75%为14岁以下儿童。JEV包膜蛋白（E）位于病毒颗粒表面，负责介导病毒与宿主细胞的附着和膜融合，是诱导宿主产生中和抗体的主要免疫原。基于E蛋白的强免疫原性，目前全球广泛使用的灭活疫苗和减毒活疫苗均以其为核心抗原成分。在疫苗大规模生产中，对E蛋白含量的准确定量是确保疫苗批次间一致性和有效性的关键质控环节。传统疫苗效力测定依赖体内空斑减少中和试验（PRNT），该方法周期长、通量低且涉及动物使用。近年来，基于双抗体夹心ELISA的体外替代方法因其操作简便、灵敏度高、重复性好等优势，已被广泛应用于JEV疫苗的抗原定量检测。本试剂盒采用预包被抗JEV E蛋白抗体的微孔板，配合E蛋白标准品及HRP标记检测抗体，专用于疫苗样品中JEV E蛋白的特异性定量检测，为日本脑炎疫苗的工艺开发和质量控制提供标准化检测工具。
