Description
L-(-)-Epinephrine-(+)-bitartrate is an α,β-adrenergic receptor agonist. L-(-)-Epinephrine-(+)-bitartrate has positive chronotropic and inotropic effects on cardiac muscle. Its major actions are mediated via activation of AR (adenylate cyclase) to generate cAMP from ATP.
