Add 4.81 g of diethyl (aminomethyl)phosphonate to a 500 mL reaction flask, then add 300 mL of 6 M hydrochloric acid and shake to dissolve the solid. Reflux the resulting mixture with stirring for 16 hours. After the reaction is complete, evaporate the mixture to dryness under reduced pressure to obtain the target product.  |
