Verosudil hydrochloride (AR-12286 hydrochloride) is the hydrochloride form of Verosudil (HY-16758). Verosudil hydrochloride is an inhibitor for Rho-kinase (ROCK) with Kis of 2 and 2 nM for ROCK1 and ROCK2, respectively. Verosudil hydrochloride lowers intraocular pressure (IOP) primarily by increasing aqueous humour outflow through the trabecular meshwork[1][2]. | [IC 50]
ROCK1: 2 nM (Ki); ROCK2: 2 nM (Ki) | [References]
