在氮气保护下，将2,2'-氮杂二乙醇（4.21 g，40 mmol）溶于乙腈（50 mL）中，缓慢加入二碳酸二叔丁酯（Boc2O，9.60 g，44 mmol）的乙腈（50 mL）溶液。反应混合物在室温下搅拌3.5小时后，通过减压浓缩除去溶剂，得到二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲酸叔丁酯，产物为无色油状物（8.20 g，产率100%）。
