在氮气保护下,将2,2'-氮杂二乙醇(4.21 g,40 mmol)溶于乙腈(50 mL)中,缓慢加入二碳酸二叔丁酯(Boc2O,9.60 g,44 mmol)的乙腈(50 mL)溶液。反应混合物在室温下搅拌3.5小时后,通过减压浓缩除去溶剂,得到二(2-羟乙基)氨基甲酸叔丁酯,产物为无色油状物(8.20 g,产率100%)。
