通用方法:将亚硝酸叔丁酯(155 mg,1.1 mmol)逐滴加入含有双(频哪醇合)二硼(127 mg,0.5 mmol)、对氨基苯甲酸(61 mg,0.5 mmol)和曙红Y(0.01 mmol)的混合物中。在乙腈(3 mL)中,将反应混合物于室温下在蓝色LED照射下搅拌2小时(通过TLC监测反应进度)。反应完成后,用乙酸乙酯(5 mL)稀释混合物,然后通过硅藻土过滤。滤液用乙酸乙酯(3×10 mL)萃取,合并的有机相用饱和食盐水洗涤,无水Na2SO4干燥。减压浓缩得到粗产物,粗产物通过硅胶柱层析纯化,使用己烷-乙酸乙酯(98:2)作为洗脱剂,得到纯的4-羧基苯硼酸频那醇酯,为淡黄色粘稠液体(208 mg,收率88%)。IR(纯样)2978, 2933, 2839, 2526, 2050, 1950, 1911, 1724, 1605, 1570 cm-1;1H NMR(500 MHz, CDCl3)δ 1.33(s, 12H), 7.82(s, 3H), 6.89(d, J = 8.0 Hz, 2H), 7.75(d, J = 8.0 Hz, 2H);13C NMR(125 MHz, CDCl3)δ 24.9(4C), 55.2, 83.6(2C), 113.4(2C), 136.6(2C), 162.3。所得化合物的光谱数据与文献报道的4-羧基苯硼酸频那醇酯一致。
