以甲醇和D-酪氨酸为原料合成(R)-2-氨基-3-(4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯盐酸盐的一般步骤:将(2R)-2-氨基-3-(4-羟基苯基)丙酸(49)(1.07 g,5.9 mmol)溶解于甲醇中,反应完成后得到(2R)-2-氨基-3-(4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯(50)。产物表征数据如下:熔点176°C(文献值一致);1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ: 6.82 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H, ArH3'和ArH5'), 4.13 (t, J = 6.9 Hz, 1H, H2), 3.83 (s, 3H, OCH3), 3.22 (dd, J = 6.0, 14.4 Hz, 1H, 3Ha), 3.12 (dd, J = 6.9, 14.7 Hz, 1H, 3Hb)。质谱(化学电离,正离子模式)m/z: 196(100%)[M+]。高分辨质谱(HRMS)计算值C10H14NO3: 196.0974,实测值: 196.0985。
