将2-氨基苯硫酚(0.01 mol,1.1 mL)与丙二腈(0.01 mol,0.64 mL)溶于乙醇(10 mL)中,于25℃下搅拌反应5小时。反应完成后,过滤收集生成的黄色固体,并通过乙醇重结晶纯化,得到浅棕色晶体状产物苯并噻唑-2-乙腈。产率为86%;熔点为102℃。产物结构经1H-NMR(DMSO-d6,400 MHz)和13C-NMR(DMSO-d6,100 MHz)确认:1H-NMR(δ,ppm):4.72(s,2H,CH2),7.45-7.52(m,2H,H5,6-苯并噻唑),8.00-8.10(m,2H,H4,7-苯并噻唑);13C-NMR(δ,ppm):22.8(CH2),117.5(CN),122.8(C7-苯并噻唑),123.1(C4-苯并噻唑),126.1(C5-苯并噻唑),127.0(C6-苯并噻唑),135.5(C3a-苯并噻唑),152.7(C7a-苯并噻唑),161.0(C2-苯并噻唑)。
