(1)在氮气氛围下,向装有机械搅拌器、氮气导入管和滴液漏斗的三口烧瓶中加入2,6-二叔丁基苯酚(20.6 g)、碳酸锌(质量比为1.5)和三丁基乙酸锡(0.072 g)。在氮气保护和加热条件下使混合物熔化,形成反应体系。 (2)当反应体系温度升至70℃时,通过滴液漏斗缓慢加入丙烯酸甲酯(8.24 g)。滴加完毕后,继续搅拌反应0.5小时。随后将反应温度升至90℃,维持1小时。反应完成后,冷却至80℃,用稀盐酸调节反应液至中性,促使产物结晶。经过抽滤,得到3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯,收率为99%,未经重结晶的纯度为99.5%。
