Uses
JANEX-1 (WHI-P131) hydrochloride is a potent and specific JAK3 inhibitor (Ki=2.3 μM). JANEX-1 hydrochloride shows potent JAK3 inhibitory activity (IC50=78 μM), does not inhibit JAK1 and JAK2[1][2][3][4].
