VVD-130037 (BAY-3605349) is an orally active covalent activator of KEAP 1 (Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1) with anti-tumor activity. VVD-130037 degrades NRF2 (nuclear factor-erythroid 2 p45-related factor 2), resulting in significant inhibition of tumor growth in advanced solid tumors[1][2][3].
