Ald-CH2-PEG5-t-butyl ester is an aldehyde PEG linker that is reactive with aminooxy-containing molecules. The t-butyl ester can be removed under acidic conditions for further conjugation.PEG5 spacer of the compound arimproves aqueous solubility.
Uses
Ald-CH2-PEG5-Boc is a PEG- and Alkyl/ether-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
