RU 26752 is a steroid hormone receptor antagonist. RU 26752 can prevent hypertension caused by aldosterone (HY-113313) in rats[1].

Biological Activity

Mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist. Prevents aldosterone-induced hypertension in rats.
