Description
E 0747 is an antiarrhythmic agent of class 1C type of the Vaughan Williams' classification. E-0747 suppresses arrhythmia by inhibiting Na channels of cardiac cells and is expected to become a clinically useful antiarrhythmic drug.
Uses
E-0747 is an antiarrhythmic drug that inhibits arrhythmias by inhibiting Na[+] channels in cardiomyocytes[1].
