Description
Hydroxy-Amino-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a 3-arm linker with a terminal hydroxy group and two propargyl groups. The propargyl groups can participate in copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage.
Uses
Hydroxy-Amino-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Hydroxy-Amino-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
