Uses

DPTN is a potent and selective human, mouse, and rat A3AR antagonist with Ki values of 1.65, 9.61, and 8.53nM, respectively[1].

Biological Activity

DPTN is a potent and selective A3 adenosine receptor antagonist (Ki values are in the range 0.36 - 1.65 nM (hA3AR) and 1.6 - 8.53 nM (rA3AR)). Reduces intrapulmonary pressure when combined with Dexamethasone .
