Definition
ChEBI: A benzimidazole that is benzimidazol-2-one substituted at position 4 by a 3-(tert-butylamino)-2-hydroxypropoxy group.
Biological Activity
Partial agonist at β 3 -adrenoceptors. β 1 - and β 2 -adrenoceptor antagonist (K i values are 0.9, 4 and 88 nM for β 1 , β 2 and β 3 receptors respectively).
