Description
m-PEG8-succinimidyl carbonate is a PEG linker containing a succinimidyl carbonate group. Succinimidyl carbonate group is a good leaving group and commonly reacts with amine nucleophiles. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility properties of the compound.
Uses
m-PEG8-succinimidyl carbonate is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
