화학적 성질
Lead chromate is an orange to orange-yellow crystalline solid or powder. It is soluble in strong inorganic acids and alkalis but insoluble in water and oils. It exhibits high tinting strength and excellent covering power, with no chalking under atmospheric conditions. However, its color darkens upon prolonged exposure to sunlight and readily blackens when exposed to hydrogen sulfide gas. The exact hue can vary depending on the ratios of raw materials and manufacturing conditions. The product range includes five types: Lemon Chrome Yellow, Pale Chrome Yellow, Medium Chrome Yellow, Deep Chrome Yellow, and Orange Chrome Yellow. Warning: It is highly toxic.용도
