Description

2-Bromo-4-fluorocinnamic acid is a polyhalogenated cinnamic acid derivative. Known polyhalogenated cinnamic acids and cinnamic acid derivatives are intermediates in the production of agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. It has been reported in the literature that it can be used to prepare sulfonamide compounds with CaSR antagonistic activity.
