| Uses | Sanjiaozi, also known as Dahua Ziyupan, belongs to the genus Ziyupan of the Ansopaceae family. It is mainly distributed in southern Guangdong and its islands in my country. It grows in low-altitude shrubs or hills and mountain forests, in South Asia, Southeast Asia, etc. It is also distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. | | Uses | Sanchoenol is an organic alcohol with anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor biological activities, which can be used in scientific research experiments. | | Synthesis | Zeylenol was prepared as follows: Isolation of the potentiating compounds EllipeiopsolB and Zeylenol from the leaves of Piper betle: 3.5 g of chloroform extract of the 95% ethanol extract of Piper betle was mixed with 200-300 mesh silica gel and subjected to column chromatography, with 20 mL of each flow fraction. The sample was eluted with chloroform-acetone (9:1), and stream fractions 32-36 were collected as Fr02-32. Fr02-32 was separated, eluted with chloroform-methanol (95:5), and stream fractions 4-5 were collected as Fr02-32-4, which was weighed as 430 mg after evaporation under reduced pressure, and then continued to be separated, eluted with chloroform-acetone (9:1), and stream fractions 2-5 and 6-5 were collected as Fr02-32-4 and Fr02-32-35, respectively. The separation of Fr02-32-4 was continued, eluted with chloroform-acetone (9:1), and the flow fractions 2-5 and 6-10 were collected respectively, which were recorded as Fr02-32-4-2 and Fr02-32-4-6, and weighed 160mg and 220mg after evaporation under reduced pressure respectively, and Fr02-32-4-2 and Fr02-32-4-6 were purified several times respectively, and the final white solids were obtained, which weighed 20mg of Fr02-32-4-2, and 35mg of Fr02-32-4-6. 35mg, which were detected as a pure product by thin layer chromatography and liquid chromatography as EllipeiopsolB and Zeylenol (camptothecin), respectively. |
