| Description | Tat-M2NX is a peptide antagonist of transient receptor potential melastatin 2 (TRPM2).1 It inhibits hydrogen peroxide-induced calcium influx in HEK293 cells expressing human TRPM2 when used at concentrations ranging from 25 to 100 µM. In vivo, Tat-M2NX (20 mg/kg) reduces brain infarct volume in male, but not female, mice in a model of stroke induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) when administered prior to or 3 hours-post occlusion.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use. | | References | [1] TAKERU SHIMIZU .
