步骤1：将(S)-2-氨基琥珀酸二甲酯盐酸盐（5.0 g，25.3 mmol）溶于二氯甲烷（50 mL）和水（25 mL）的混合溶剂中，向该体系中加入碳酸氢钠（4.25 g，50.6 mmol）。将反应混合物搅拌4小时后，通过旋转蒸发仪除去溶剂。粗产物通过正庚烷重结晶纯化，得到白色固体状的目标化合物（5.97 g，收率：90%）。
