UsesZ-LLF-CHO (Z-Leu-Leu-Phe-CHO) is a potent inhibitor of the chymotrypsin-like activity of the pituitary multicatalytic proteinase complex (Ki = 460 nM). Z-LLF-CHO is also a NF-κB nuclear translocation inhibitor[1][2].
