一般步骤:将1-苄基-4-(乙氨基)哌啶-4-甲酰胺(7.39 g,28.3 mmol)溶于甲醇(100 mL)中,加入20% Pd(OH)2/C(50%水湿润,1.48 g)。将混合物置于Parr振荡器中,在室温下以50 psi氢气压力氢化过夜。反应完成后,将混合物通过Celite垫过滤,滤液浓缩得到无色固体产物4-(乙氨基)-4-哌啶甲酰胺(4.84 g,定量收率)。产物表征数据:APCI MS (M + 1) 172.2; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD2Cl2) δ 2.89 (ddd, J = 12.9, 8.7, 3.3 Hz, 2H), 2.75 (ddd, J = 12.9, 6.6, 3.7 Hz, 2H), 2.45 (q, J = 7.2 Hz, 2H), 1.95 (ddd, J = 13.7, 8.3, 3.7 Hz, 2H), 1.55 (ddd, J = 13.7, 6.6, 3.3 Hz, 2H), 1.08 (t, J = 7.2 Hz, 3H)。
