Pyr6 displays 37-fold higher potency for RBL SOCE than for TRPC3 ROCE[1]. | | Biological Activity | Pyr6 is a selective inhibitor of calcium release from the endoplasmic reticulum via STIM1/Orai1 mediated, store operated calcium entry (SOCE).
