| Uses | sAJM589 is a Myc inhibitor which potently disrupts the Myc-Max heterodimer with an IC50 of 1.8 μM[1]. | | Biological Activity | sAJM589 is a Myc inhibitor th at disrupts the Myc-Max heterodimer with an IC50 value of 1.8 μM. sAJM589 was shown to suppress cellular proliferation in a variety of MYC-dependent cancer cell line including strong inhibition of Burkitt lymphoma Raji cell line growth. The mechanism of action of sAJM589 is thought to involve increased ubiquitination of Myc by inhibition of Max binding to Myc, leading to proteasome-mediated degradation. | | References | [1] Choi SH, et al.
