core: iron | | Synthesis | A synthetic process of sodium nitroprusside, including the following steps: 1) synthesizing copper nitrosoferricyanide: adding appropriate amount of purified water to dissolve potassium nitroferricyanide in a crystallization tank, warming up to 70--80C to make it completely dissolved, and slowly adding aqueous copper sulfate pentahydrate drop by drop, and holding the temperature for 30 minutes after completion of the reaction Centrifugation, centrifugation of the resulting filter cake (copper nitrite ferrocyanide) into the crystallization tank. 2) Synthesis of sodium nitroprusside (sodium nitroferrocyanide): according to the feeding ratio of saturated sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution, and holding at 30 - 60 between the slow addition of droplets to the copper nitroferrocyanide.
