B. 在0℃下，向搅拌中的苯并噻吩-3-基甲醇（400 mg，2.44 mmol）的乙醚（12 mL）溶液中缓慢滴加三溴化磷（PBr3，0.23 mL，2.42 mmol）。反应混合物在0℃下继续搅拌30分钟，随后升至室温并保持45分钟。将反应混合物倒入冰水与乙醚的混合液中，分离有机相，用饱和食盐水洗涤，无水硫酸钠干燥，减压浓缩，得到3-(溴甲基)苯并[b]噻吩，为浅色固体（404 mg，收率73%）。
