I-SAP Usage And Synthesis
UsesI-SAP is a radioiodinated TXA2/PGH2 receptor antagonist. The bind between I-SAP and the receptors, is inhibited by the histidine modifying reagent diethyl-pyrocarbonate (DEPC)[1][2].
