化合物169.2的合成。 在室温下，向2-氯吡啶-5-乙酸（5.0g，29.23mmol，1.0当量）的甲醇（50mL）溶液中缓慢加入浓硫酸（1.9mL）。 将反应混合物在室温下搅拌1小时。 反应完成后，将混合物倒入饱和碳酸氢钠溶液中，并用乙酸乙酯（EtOAc）萃取三次。 合并有机层，用无水硫酸钠干燥，减压浓缩。 通过硅胶柱色谱法纯化粗产物，得到2-氯-5-吡啶乙酸甲酯（169.2，5.0g，收率92.4%）。 MS（ES）：m/z 185.4 [M + H]+。
