| Synthesis | Method A: In a 4 mL reaction vial, 2-cyclopentenone (0.5 mmol, 48 μL), internal standard (tert-amyl alcohol, 0.05 mmol, 5.5 μL), amino acid catalyst (625 μL, 400 mM aqueous solution), and nitromethane (0.55 mmol, 30 μL) were added in sequence. Subsequently, water (1311.5 μL) was added to the reaction system. The reaction mixture was stirred at a constant temperature at 25 °C. After 24 or 48 hours of reaction, the reaction mixture (100 μL) was taken for post-processing and extracted with methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE, 1 mL).
