DescriptionBis-propargyl-PEG2 is a homobifunctional PEG linker with two propargyl groups. The propargyl groups forms triazole linkage with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry.
UsesBis-propargyl-PEG1 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Bis-propargyl-PEG1 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
