Bis-Propargyl-PEG4 Usage And Synthesis
DescriptionBis-propargyl-PEG4 enables Click Chemistry reactions with azide compounds via copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry. The PEG units enhance the solubility of the molecule in aqueous media.
UsesBis-propargyl-PEG3 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Bis-propargyl-PEG3 is used in the synthesis of zinc-dipicolylamine (ZnDPA) complexes with antiplasmodial activity[1] [2]. Bis-propargyl-PEG3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
