ANTI-HUMAN HGF Usage And Synthesis
UsesAnti-Hepatocyte Growth Factor antibody may be used for immunoblotting at a working concentration of 1-2 μg/ml is recommended. The antibody is suitable for neutralization reactions. A concentration of 500ng/ml of anti-HGF has been used to neutralize HGF in the conditioned medium of NIH3TS cells. Anti-HGF has been used at a working concentration of 20μg/ml for immunohistochemistry of section of cervical lesions.
General DescriptionThis gene encodes a protein that is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for RAS proteins, membrane proteins that bind guanine nucleotides and participate in signal transduction pathways. GTP binding activates and GTP hydrolysis inactivates RAS proteins. The product of this gene may regulate RAS proteins by facilitating the exchange of GTP for GDP. Mutations in this gene are associated with gingival fibromatosis 1 and Noonan syndrome type 4. (provided by RefSeq)
