Benzenemethanamine, N-[(2-fluorophenyl)methyl]-4-(1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yl)-, hydrochloride (1:2) Usage And Synthesis
UsesOXA-06 hydrochloride is an ATP-competitive ROCK inhibitor that blocks anchorage-dependent growth and invasion of non-small cell lung cancer cell lines. OXA-06 hydrochloride inhibits cofilin phosphorylation but does not stimulate apoptosis[1].
Biological ActivityOXA 06 dihydrochloride is a potent ROCK inhibitor (IC50 = 10 nM). Suppresses pMYPT1 and pCofilin levels in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) cell lines. Also inhibits anchorage-independent growth of NSCLC cell lines in vitro.
