TCO-PEG8-amine Usage And Synthesis
DescriptionTCO-PEG8-amine is an aqueous soluble heterobifunctional crosslinker consisting of a TCO and an amine group (NH2). Amine is very reactive with active NHS ester or with carboxylic acid in the presence of of activators suh as EDC. TCO moiety enable click chemistry with tetrazine molecule. The inverse-electron demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition of TCO with tetrazines is the fastest bioorthogonal reaction with exceptional selectivity.
UsesTCO-PEG8-amine is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
