Chemical Properties	Colorless, crystalline leaflets; pungent odor. Not hygroscopic; soluble in alcohol, ether, and benzene; insoluble in water.
Uses	1,3-Di-o-tolylthiourea is a inhibitor of secreted aspartic protease SAP2. Effective in the treatment of drug-resistant Candida albicans infections
Uses	Metal-pickling inhibitor.
Hazard	Toxic by ingestion.
Safety Profile	Poison by intraperitoneal route. Moderately toxic by ingestion. When heated to decomposition it emits very toxic fumes of NOx and SOx
