| Uses | Tris(4-hydroxyphenyl)methane triglycidyl ether can be used as: - A monomer in the synthesis of recyclable polyester thermosets applicable in a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive and electrical and electronics:. THPMTGE-based thermosets demonstrated impressive mechanical properties, including a high Young′s modulus (1.3-1.4 GPa), tensile stress ranging from 55 to 69 MPa, and an elongation at break of 3%-8%.
