HSL-IN-1 Usage And Synthesis
UsesHSL-IN-1 (compound 24b) is a potent and orally active hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) inhibitor (IC50=2 nM) with a significantly reduced reactive metabolite liability[1].
in vivo

HSL-IN-1 (3 mg/kg, p.o., single dose) exhibits potent antilipolytic effects and good oral bioavailability in male Wistar rats[1].

Animal Model:Male Wistar rats (7-8 weeks old, 200-250 g)[1]
Dosage:3 mg/kg
Administration:Oral gavage (p.o.), single dose
Result:Significantly reduced plasma glycerol levels. Cmax was 3.35 μg/mL, and AUC was 19.65 μg·h/mL.
