| | LCL-PEG3-N3 hydrochloride Usage And Synthesis |
| Uses | LCL-PEG3-N3 (hydrochloride) is a decoy oligonucleotide ligand for E3 ligase which can be used for developing chimeric molecules LCL-ER(dec), degrading the estrogen receptor[1]. LCL-PEG3-N3 (hydrochloride) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. | | IC 50 | IAP | | References | [1] Miyako Naganuma, et al.
